ElderCollege is a program offered at Vancouver Island University, and opened registration for its Spring Semester on February 15th. The classes include subjects such as technology, history, fine arts, language, and literature. Additionally, several interesting field trips are available.

At ElderCollege, membership costs $10.00; this includes admission to special presentations, such as A Not So Savage Land: The Art and Times of Frederick Whymper (March 30th), Who Killed the Avro Arrow (April 13th), and Jack the Ripper and the Royal Family (April 27th).

What’s more? ElderCollege offers a free musical event for the community on April 30th, titled “An Afternoon with the Trilogy Brass Trio.”
